The local RSPCA branch (Aberconwy) may also be able to assist by providing a voucher if your dog does not qualify for the Dogs Trust scheme due to breed.
Cats Protection are currently running a campaign that allows you to get your cat neutered and microchipped for just £5! To be eligible, you must be either on a state benefit, be a full time student, or pensioner, or on a low household income.
